Photovoltaic self-consumption installation at our premises
At Private Dining Mallorca we continue to advance towards a more efficient, responsible business model aligned with the energy transition of the Balearic Islands. With this goal in mind, we have completed the installation of a photovoltaic self-consumption system at our premises — an initiative that allows us to harness solar energy to reduce our reliance on conventional energy sources and improve the efficiency of our daily operations.
This project is part of our commitment to sustainability, respect for the environment and continuous improvement. As a company dedicated to luxury catering, private events and exclusive gastronomic experiences in Mallorca, we understand that caring for every detail also means moving towards more mindful resource management.
The photovoltaic installation will enable Private Dining Mallorca to generate part of the energy required for its operations, helping to reduce its environmental footprint and promoting more responsible energy use.
This initiative has received financial support from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan — Funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, under the incentive programmes for sustainable energy strategies for the Balearic Islands. Thanks to this support, Private Dining Mallorca strengthens its commitment to a more sustainable, efficient and future-ready energy model.
